First I would like to thank you for this opportunity , this is EXCELLENT !!!

Here is a list, in no particular order, of what I know , what experience I have and what I like . What services can I offer ? I decided I don't need a niche , I could do a little bit of everything I know.

I need a sense of direction so please guide me !!!!!!

I'm a certified ESL teacher and I love typing on the computer.

I'm an avid researcher ( just recently ) I researched migrating from Greece to Australia and I'm also working on the couples resumes.

Helping people makes me feel great.

I love to write, wrote articles for a yachting company, corrected spelling and typos on their website, I also wrote articles for an online magazine called Great parenthood.
At the yachting company I booked yacht holidays, created promotional packages to present at EOT( European Organization of Tourism) in NYC , they were impressed. Created marketing tactics for American clients.

Did transcribing work using a dictaphone( outdated nowadays) at a law office in NYC , I acquired some knowledge on licenses and contracts)

Very experienced in sales ( worked at a fast food and at Herman's sporting store)

Interned at consumer affairs & Hot 97
created documents, correspondence, worked at an expo at the Javits center.

Can use all applications within microsoft office, excel, open office 3.0, linux, and skype (use it on a regular basis)

Fluent in English and Greek

I'm very creative ,organized and I love to speak. ( Won a speech contest many , many years back)

I have planned and organized my own wedding and my two kids christenings from invitations to table seating arrangements ( I loved every minute of it)

My hobbies include reading, writing,travelling, sailing
and sewing leather purses by hand for little girls.

Ooops , I almost forgot I love to write , collect and try new recipes with my family !!

It seems to me that writing is your passion and it is a demand service so you may want to begin there. I would look for authors, speakers and coaches since you have the skills need to keep them organized.

You have your list, which is a great start now you only need to organize and package it to be well on your way.

Event planning can't be done virtually and I have to be out of the house a lot.
I assisted a wedding planner with wedding papers for a city hall wedding.( This I might consider.)
I was actually thinking something like transcription work or maybe assisting another VA , so I could get some experience.
