I have seen a growing number of organizations in my industry (and others) utilizing Infusionsoft for their CRM and marketing. I have a few questions regarding this, hoping that someone can give some helpful advice.

1. Does anyone offer Infusionsoft setup & assistance as their niche or addition to their services?
2. If so, did you expand your skills through experience or with training from Infusionsoft or somewhere else?
3. If so, are your represented by your own company or an additional service provided through another organization?

Any thoughts on this would be extremely helpful! Thanks in advance for your help!

I think I have posted this in reply several times but here goes again. I used to support Infusionsoft however I do not like using it so no longer offer it. To answer your questions:

1. No longer offer it
2. Infusionsoft has a rather extensive array of tutorials on how to use the program. They also give you X amount of hours to help you get started with a customer service person.
3. Not quite sure what you are getting at for this one. For each client I supported I represented their company and do not have any accounts under My Office Assistant.

1. Yes, I offer setup/configuration and administration of Infusionsoft as a service.
2. I learned on my own as well as had a mentor who helped me when needed.
3. It is through my own company.
