Hello,

I'm wasn't able to find a specific task lisk for holiday work for VAs on the forum, so I thought to start my own.

I'm planning to send out a holiday brochure, email and newsletter to my clients as well as to others I am
interested in reaching out to.

Some of the tasks I plan to offer are:

~Holiday card mailings, which includes selection, addressing, signing, posting, mailing

~Online holiday gift shopping - includes shopping to tracking

~After holiday thank you notes mailing

~Monitor email while client is on vacation

~Reservations for dinner, gatherings (I'm not an event-planner but I can make reservations and arrange for transportation)

What else can you think of to offer clients this holiday season?

One of the things I offer is building a contacts database, that could come in handy for collating contacts for the cards.....

How about venue suggestions, or collating attendance responses for office parties?

Hi Jan, I'd also add to the list "helping clients spread the word about their seasonal promotions and offers." Like, adding fresh seasonal content to their website, sending a holiday newsletter, designing and running ads in local newspapers. That kind of thing.
