Default Gradually launching a service?
Hi All!

As some of you will know, I am currently learning French, and I am hoping to offer some french text processing, leading on to French Translation when i'm fluent (this will take a few years!!!!)

So, I was wondering what you think of my plan of action:

* April/May 09 - launch very basic French Word Processing service (i.e. Copytyping)
*May/June 09 - launch design services in french (I may launch this with the basic WP service)
* Late Summer 09 - launch audio processing (this may be delayed until 2010)
*at some point in 2010 - launch the full range of services that I currently offer in English.



I hope you all think it's okay but if you have any comments then please go ahead

It looks like your thinking this out, thats great. I dont know how much French you speak now but a full range of services in French by next year seems aggressive to me since you said it will take you a few years to become fluent. Just dont want you to set yourself up for failure..... been there, done that

I think the whole services will be launched in 2011.... but I hope to get a few services in french by this time next year
