Default Accounts Receivable
Does anyone do A/R or billing for any of their clients? If so what program(s) do you use and how is it working out for you??

Julie,
I haven't handled any billing for clients, but I use Freshbooks to invoice my clients. I absolutely love it! It's super easy to use. Invoices can be formatted with your logo or design and you can print timesheets and various reports as needed. The basic version allows for 3 clients and is free, or tiered pricing is available depending on the number of clients you manage.

I do billing and A/R for several clients. A few use QuickBooks, one uses FreshBooks, one uses a word template and there is also Billing Boss thrown in there. I like Freshbooks for recurring invoices and Quickbooks for accounting purposes however it is not my decision on which they use. I am pretty flexible so it is now big deal what they use.

I purchased Quickbooks before I found out about Freshbooks. When I checked out freshbooks I was really impressed and almost regretted spending the money on Quickbooks.
