I absolutely love it! It's super easy to use. Invoices can be formatted with your logo or design and you can print timesheets and various reports as needed. The basic version allows for 3 clients and is free, or tiered pricing is available depending on the number of clients you manage. A few use QuickBooks, one uses FreshBooks, one uses a word template and there is also Billing Boss thrown in there. I like Freshbooks for recurring invoices and Quickbooks for accounting purposes however it is not my decision on which they use.
