Lightbulb Paper vs. Electronic
Hi. I am still in the research phase of my business and have had a question burning on my brian for a few weeks. I am planning on offering Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Desktop Publishing for my business. I am sure every client is different, but can anyone tell me are the clients looking for the final product to be in paper or an electronic version wether it be as a pdf (which can not be changed) or the actual document (Excel spreadsheet) that they can go back and add things too? I have an older version of my software programs (I think 2003) so I am just wondering if I will need to include the expense of updating my software into my business plan. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

My work is half and half. Some want to just print out the final version and some want to manipulate the information. You should be fine with 2003 because many people have not upgraded. You can open 2003 in the 2007 version.
