Default G4 Macbook
Unfortunately, my PC died a couple of weeks ago and I have been borrowing a friend's laptop. Another friend just offered me, for free his old G4 Mabook. I probably should have more details before posting this, but I was wondering if anyone had any comments.

Is it worth adding programs such as office for mac to this older computer, will I have any compatibility issues or anything else that could be a problem?

I appreciate your help. I have used a mac in an office I worked at, so I am familiar with them.

Thank you!

Holly

My secondary 'puter is a G4 tower. I added office and quickbooks to it and it works just fine! I DO, however, use a removable hard-drive for everything BUT the programs so I don't push my luck on memory...

Thanks, Office Goddess. As much as I love MAC, I decided to get a new PC laptop. I just can't justify the cost compared to what I get with a MAC. Maybe one day...
