Default Canadians - 100% computer allowance
Hi everyone,

This is some big news for all the Canadians among us. The 2009 budget was unveiled, and it included:
Quote:
Introducing a temporary 100-per-cent capital cost allowance (CCA) rate for computers acquired after January 27, 2009 and before February 1, 2011.

So if you have any computer upgrade needs, it'll be a great time to look at it!

Boy, Canada really knows how to treat small business owners well. Let's hope the US follows suit! There is so much room for improvement... The rumors are that good things are heading our way as entrepreneurs. but we'll see.

So, Michelle, what model computer will you get?

Good question! I've actually been thinking of getting a new one, or at least upgrading my current one. I put some more RAM this year, but I'm dying for some extra hard drive space.

My monitor also decided to break last week so I'm waiting for my new one to arrive as we speak.
