I agree this can be great for future clients as well. I've found that clients do like to look for helpful resources for their business and it can be nice if we had some available for them. I was not going to do a business plan as I thought I had everything well planned. A plan is like a road map, you know where you are going, you are able to measure progress, review what works and what does not. You have a guide post for development of new strategies & growth. A business plan is always a work in progress and I find I am tweaking it often but it give me a base line to work from. Best tool I ever had to really take my business seriously.
