Default Virtual Assistant Business Plan Template
Hi Everyone! Say as I am searching on the various forums here, I was wondering if there is a "sample" or template of a business plan used by other VA's. I'd be curious to see what others in our industry have used as a guideline. I presently do not have one, but am reading that its a smart idea to, so I'd love to hear from anyone out there!

Thanks!
tina

I have written a business plan and I used a template that I found at the Small Business Bureau. I know that it isn't designed for VA but it uses the same concepts and that is all you will need really to complete your own plan.

If you need a example plan I can post a link to my site where I have mine posted for my employees. I hope that it helps you out with the plan. If you need help writing one I can help since I use to write them for clients.

There is a really great one that I used that is designed for VA's. I found it so useful because it actually had some information already completed from, what I'm assuming to be, a fictitious VA company. It sparked ideas and made the process of doing my biz plan so much easier. Here's a link. http://tinyurl.com/4qjss9u

Hi Jacob:

Could you send me your business plan as adjusted from BB or how to access it? I am not keen on a business plan but it is probably a good idea.

yes Jacob, I'd also like to have a copy of your business plan, that I could use as a guideline. Thank you!

Thanks for the link, Pam. I went there and it said it costs $37 for the form?

Hi Pam

The same problem that Tina mentioned - it said it cost $37 to get the business plan. Is there a free plan?

thanks,

thanks,

Hey...sorry guys. Didn't know you were specifically looking for free...of which there are a ton. Just have to google it and you'll come up with plenty. I only suggested this one because it is already partially completed and was very VA specific and at least for me saved me a lot of thought and time.

Take care...

Hi Jacob,

I'm new to this forum but I have noticed you are 'the man' when it comes to business plans. Would it be terribly cheecky to ask for a copy to use as a starting point for my own business plan?

Thanks,
