Default So lost and so many questions.
I am hoping that some of the experienced VA owners out there can help me with a few questions I have or at least direct me to the write threads because right now I'm totally lost with all the information.

I have a company that I handled as a local endeavor for several years with only work here and there. I am wanting to expand the services online and am not really sure how.

Let me tell you a little about the company. It is a VA business that caters to the adult industry. Primarily phone and webcam businesses. My group offers services like interviewing, pre-screening, training, fielding of general questions regarding payment, etc. The reason I started the company is due to the fact that so many adult phone and cam companies pull someone off their normal shift in order to just get interviews or training done. In many cases the girls loose more money to do training by simply being off the phone for the incoming calls or off the cam. As I said I want to expand the VA services we offer out but I have no clue where to even start.

Can anyone sort of guide me in the right direction? I'm not wanting silver platter service just a little guidance.

Thanks so much!

Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to the VAF

Here you can find forms for your business.

Here you can find information on business planning.

Here you should be able to determine what your services fall under.

Here you will be able to put together your policy and procedures.

That should help you get started.

Good luck,
Andrea

Jennifer,
If I am reading this right your target market is in the "adult industry". I have not come across very many VA's in this area and most likely due to little one's at home, morals, values, religion etc.

Basically you would run your business the same, no matter your client base. To become more online than you have been you work from your home and provide the services to your clients electronically. So how could that be done. Look at the services again, perhaps you could create a questionaire, a training video or such that your client base has access to via a paid password. Brainstorm what you are going to offer and tailor it for your client base.

HTH

Cheers!!

I am a firm believer in maximizing every market out there. I am curious as to how you got into providing services in the adult world. Do you do a lot of admin support for these companies?
