Medical records is a great field, especially since the use of EMRs has exploded. It's a field that I thought seriously about pursuing.

It really is encouraging to hear that this is a business that allows you to support yourself.
I have just launched my VA/VBM business with a goal to supplement my husband's income. I am getting involved in our community, establishing the business name and looking forward to getting my own clients. Currently, I am sub-contracting but it's not nearly enough. Also, I am still tweaking my website as it doesn't feel quite "it" yet... Any feedback is greatly appreciated:-)
So, knowing that "it is possible" certainly gives me an additional motivation and hope for a brighter (hopefully nearby) future.

Maybe you could use a little more color? Also, I think you should group all your services under one category called Services instead of having four different ones.

I would also make your top point a bit bolder and bigger so then can stand out.

Thank you ladies for your advice. While I am planning to stick with the color scheme, I am making some changes to the home page, service pages as well as adding some more, including a blog. Luckily, a website is a "living organism" as someone once told me, that can be updated and changed:-)

It's always great to hear that decent incomes are being earned in this field. And it definitely keeps me motivated to keep learning and being open to new ideas. Thanks for sharing!

My business supports my family; my husband has recently quit his corporate job and is now working with me!
