Default Contact list question
Do you keep one contact list for all your business contacts (client leads, current clients, VA's, etc..or do you have them separate?
Thanks

I have everything in one list in an Excel spreadsheet on my computer but I have them split into groups on Constant Contact so I can send different groups different newsletters if I want.

I also keep everyone separate on lists in Mailchimp so that I can send each group messages that pertain to them. Hope this helps.

Thank you ladies! I am currently using Excel only which I like because it is so versatile. I will look into Mailchimp and Constant Contact as well.
