Getting Started as a Virtual Assistant' packet? It's not a business outline per se but does have a workbook that can help you get your thoughts and plans organized as well as help you brainstorm other items you may not have thought of yet.

If it's any consolation, my own 'business plan' has never been formal by any standard and is really just a notebook that grows and changes as my business does. I think a lot of the time we get stuck on this idea that we have to have a formal business plan in place and that it has to be lengthy and wordy... planning is important but it doesn't have to be perfect before you can launch your business.
