Lily (Virtual Office Goddess) posted about this in the midst of another thread and everyone who reads that thread comes away thrilled to have a link to Wowio - a free ebook site - so I thought it deserved it's own thread

They have many different categories of totally free ebooks but their business section is particularly impressive and useful to us as VAs/small biz owners.

Here's a short bit from their about page:
