(bookkeeping) I seem to have all my processes online (freshbooks, basecamp, quickbooks, etc.). But obviously I need to keep paper copies of some things in case the site goes down, no internet, etc. What do you keep hardcopies of? Client stuff? Bookkeeping? Invoices? (bookkeeping) I also back up as well, with Carbonite and Click Free, but being the worry wart that I am I also must print out specific docs in order to sleep at night Anything which I feel is important enough that I can't afford to lose I print it out and file in the appropriate manila folder. (bookkeeping) I keep all my records in QuickBooks. Anything I would have normally printed out, I print to a PDF and store in a client folder on my machine (I do this ALOT!!
