Wow can you believe we are in May already? The year is almost half over already.

Last week I got about half of my intended goals accomplished so this week I am focusing on the remaining ones.

~ Set up new employee for Husband's business and train her
~ Finish outsourcing list & begin process of delegating
~ Revisit my my marketing/business plan and make adjustments accordingly

I know, I cannot believe we are in May already! Time sure flies, when you are having fun.

Here are my weekly business goals:

* Complete all client work by 4pm (really reaching with this one)
* Work on Business Website
* Work on Podcast Productions website
* Order business book I have been hearing a lot about
* Get Audio on Demand Editing section of my website working
* Request referrals

Other
* Record interview for non-VA podcast
* Create plan for new project/organization
* Take a break at 1pm

Wow, May already! Some of my goals are carry-overs from last week.

~ continue blogs for My Office Assistant
~ month end my business
~ compare Icontact and Salesforce with actual paid customers for client
~ client Virtual Book Tour follow-up on all stops
~ host network lunch on Wednesday
~ follow up on propsal

Plus:
~ catch up on con ed class work
~ get my pool open (and pray for sun!)
~ enjoy Mother's Day weekend!

Some of my goals are:

=send out my 50 direct mail pieces
=sign up for my class at the JR college
=water chemistry right so we (me and pup) can get in the pool this week
=put my cards EVERYwhere I go (I don't really do this and I need to be more persistent about doin that )

Oh....and create a postcard like Lee did....thanks for the idea.....

Rebecca one thing I did with my cards when I first started was to put them in business books (good ones choose wisely) from the library. Just made it look like I was using it as a bookmark.

Actually got two project jobs that way.

My goals for the week are:

~ Work on Certification
~ Follow up with Pastor (he has a new biz venture he wants my help)
~ Purchase domain name
~ Finish biz card design

That should be enough to keep me busy but not overwhelmed!

I need to get back on this.

-o- Close out bookkeeping for April
-o- Reconcile bank statements in Quickbooks (for the past two months :-(
-o- Finalize new offerings for business and get everything on the website STAT
-o- Contact past prospects about new offerings
-o- Make a schedule for social networking (i.e. blogs, forum particpation, etc.)
-o- Begin working on workshop presentation for upcoming workshop
-o- Stay on task with Get Client's now worksheet

This week: try to finish up my list from last week that I started
1) daily homework for Excel & Int Marketing
2) work on my business cards now that I finally have a logo
3) in between studying try to locate where my WindowsMail Folders disappeared to
4) try to fix my video problem on my computer so I can install my 2nd monitor that I bought on Black Friday 2008!
5) take my car for servicing
6) go to the grocery store & Walmarts
