Wow it is the last week of the month already!
I have a pretty hectic week ahead so I am keeping the goals to the primary ones besides day to day client work.

Here are a few goals that I have for the week:

~ Celebrate VAF 2yr Anniv. Bash!!!
~ Get new client all set up
~ Set up new employee for Husband's business and train her
~ Month end for both businesses
~ Finish outsourcing list & begin process of delegating

This is going to be a busy week for me:

~ Host live chat for BASH!
~ continue blogs for My Office Assistant
~ inventory for client
~ month end for clients and my business
~ update IContact and Salesforce for new division for client
~ finalize May scheduling of client Virtual Book Tour and follow-up on all stops
~ set up new client processes and procedures

Plus:
~ turn in car since lease is up and I no longer need an extra car (at least until my son starts driving
~ attend networking event on Tuesday and advisory board meeting on Thursday
~ finish two lessons for class I am taking

~Get new client set up and send her reminder to fax back contract
~Send out "Welcome Kit"
~Do my end of the month invoicing
~Finish my packet for VA that I am subbing under :-) (I know you read this cuz we talked about it)
~Attend my Meetup groups on Tuesday and Wednesday
~Organize the files in my external hard drive

Looks like a busy week...it didn't look that way when I was thinking about it in my head
