I find this thread extremely helpful with posting my high priorities on here only. Last week I had 2 items that I didn't get to complete so they will be on the top of this week's list!
My goals for this week:
~ Website updates & learn how to use the new back end of my site.
~ Complete my QB updates and close out month of Feb.
~ Learn client's new CRM system.
~ 1 hour daily for me!
I didn't get much done last week due to traveling and babysittingthe grandbabies, so this week will be quite busy. My main objectives are:
1- Get out new blog post. This is a MUST!!
2- Meeting with prospective client on Monday. Signing a contract is also a MUST!
3- Chamber lunch on Tuesday. Hope to get lots of new contacts.
4- Hope to meet with Dawn of VA in Paradise on Wednesday or Thursday. Which day is better, Dawn?
5- Start research for April newsletter.
Most of my list is the same as last week and my biggest goal is to get them all DONE!
1. Continue to set up SOP (second part) for new client
2. Follow-up with client who has not yet signed
3. Update website content and portfolio
4. Follow up on grant info needed to get off my plate.
5. Get my client notebooks updated (and clean out emails)
I got to most of the things on my list last week. So this week I am going to try to get done:
Website revamp, had some great ideas at 4am today.. going to work on those
Get new flyers printed and get welcome folders all ready
Work on QB (I have to learn how to use it)
Download Office pro programs I dont have yet
Send in DBA paperwork
Find some new places to advertise online
