~ Prep for 2 meetings this week
~ Update QB for my business
~ Set up new account in QB (for hubby)
~ And course daily client work!

Now that I do not work my day job, my to-do-list is all VA related:

* Chamber of Commerce business lunch on Tuesday. Joined Chamber last week.
* Get fliers to Chamber offices for display. Fliers are ready to go.
* Letter to prospective clients - I have the list ready to go.
* Start my own database of prospective clients for future mailings.
* Blog - hand written at the pool today. Must type and publish.

So much to do, so little time
-o- Obtain at least 3 clients out of the 5 prospects I am meetings with this week.
-o- Successfully handle this client conflict.
-o- Schedule time to prep for and take Microsoft Office 2007 certification
-o- Updates to website
-o- Finish off some of these graphic design projects that are in their final stages (I need these off my plate).
-o- Research new subset of prospects and figure out how to reach them

My goals this week are mostly about relaxing, because for the past three weeks I feel like I'm in overdrive, and my nit picking at everything I do isn't helping!

-Exercise regularily and do some yoga to calm down.
-Edit and post a couple of blog posts.
-Finish my business cards and print them, as well as my welcome letter.
-Stop my obsessive compulsive refreshing of my email/forums/twitter/etc. The posts will be there in an hour!

Too much enthusiasm can drive me crazy, sometimes!

This week I have more aspirations than energy...

#3 - network (find new areas online to network for clients)
#4 - update QB tax line mapping. (getting everything lined up to do my taxes. ahh.)

This week is getting away from me already and it's only Tuesday. So as such I think it's going to be catch up week.

1. Office re-organized

Went to Office Depot where they are closing the store and bought a huge amount of office supplies sense they were on sale. Now I need to find a good home for all of the stuff.

2. finish making my brochure.

3. Put my Client Welcome pack together.

4. Work on my Web page.


Need some advice:

One of the things I bought were some really nice looking folders for my welcome pack. Trying to decide if I should put something on the front of them or not. Not sure how tacky it would look if I did.
