This is the last week of February already! I reflected back on my 2009 goals last night and I am right on track so far so that is a good thing.

Here is what I am going to primarily focus on this week other than client work.

~ Update QB for husband business
~ Invoicing for husband - send out my own to his business as well
~ Send out 1099 to IRS
~ Review & start to implement marketing plan for husband's business

Wow, end of February and I can see summer around the bend!

Other than regular client work, here are my other goals:

1. Write 5 blog articles
2. Attend Advisory Board meeting and get lots accomplished
3. Continue research on book tour for client
4. Attend networking event on Tuesday
5. Work on my own website
6. Follow up on two proposals

I am hoping that I get all complete on my list this week!

Wow, this is the first time in a while I’ve been able to stop by the forum for more than a couple minutes. Goals for this week:

1 Follow-up on two leads I received over the weekend;
2 Finalize advertisement in state-wide weekly business paper;
3 Have 2 lunches with clients/potential clients;
4 File ALL tax documents;
5 Write two articles to submit for publication; and,
6 Spend my time more efficiently.

I’m not counting routine stuff, like client work, invoicing, and deposits. I really have to get my focus back. I’ve been so distracted over the past several weeks.

Finish writing business plan
Get my first newsletter done (yeah)
publish DBA in local paper
get logo done
organize my office (this is being put off, week after week after week) it MUST be done

Thank you all for sharing your goals. As a newbie here, it's interesting to see what the veteran VA's are doing. My goals right now:

• Continue working on website
• Finish "The 2-Second Commute"
• Start "Virtual Assistant The Series"
• Continue internet researching
• Feed the dog, then the cat, then the family (just checking to make sure you're awake)
