Here is what I would like to accomplish this week:

~ Finish reading 2 ebooks
~ Review client schedules & tweak a bit
~ 2 hours a day on directory submissions
~ Work on Blog topics
~ Focus on writing
~ Implement 3 key marketing strategies for client

This week I'm tagging along with my husband on a business trip to Miami. So the goals are light.. its kinda like a vacation.

But....

~ Enhance my delegation skills by letting my new subcontractor handle things while I'm gone
~ Update blogs
~ Prepare February newsletter
~ Follow up with prospects from last weeks conference I attended
~ Attend networking event (today)
~ Follow up with any prospects from networking event
~ Follow up with clients who I did work for in the past
~ Send my resume to University for online teaching possibility
~ Identify and really profile target market (I have three in mind)

*hopefully I can do most of this while sitting by the pool*

This week should be lighter than the past few:

1. Work on tasks for new client and get a system in place
2. Finish reading last chapters of two promoting books
3. Work on blog and content
4. Attend networking luncheon and conference call
5. Work on February newsletter and content changes for website
6. Work two hours a day (at least one) on marketing and promo

My largest goal is to get everything done on my list with no carryovers!

~ 2 hours a day on directory submissions averaging about 1 hour
~ Work on Blog topics Hoping to work on this tomorrow
~ Focus on writing on tomorrow's list as well
~ Implement 3 key marketing strategies for client 1 down 2 to go

With this weather I certainly wish I was in Florida, although it was like a spring day here yesterday.

1. Finish new website. Almost there T&Cs and Rates branded and PDF'd.
2. SEO for my website. 80% there!
3. Review managed websites and forums. Done.
4. Update Sage. To do tomorrow.
5. Write some new blog articles. Research started.
6. Record new content. Research started.
7. Start building new training courses. Not quite there yet!!!

Yay it feels good to be productive again. Having this list out there is also a great motivator.

Getting a late start on this thread. I've had a hectic schedule this week and the weather interfered with it a lot!

I was scheduled to attend a 2 day meeting about 150 miles from home but only attended Monday as the ice/snow/freeze storm kicked in Monday night.

1. Attend WVACD Quarterly meeting Monday, Charleston Chapter IAAP meeting Monday night. (Networking/Training)
2. Plan B for Tuesday - Update WordPress version for blog
3. Client filing
4. Layout client web update needs
5. Develop client web update schedule
6. Client brochures
7. Prep for membership meeting 02/05/09
8. Present Webinar Wednesday night for Kyle (43 registered to participate!)
9. Draft policy
10. Homlessness Council meeting
11. Invoicing for me

Somewhere in there I plan to eat & sleep. LOL

With the bad weather I have been homebound and getting tons accomplished.

1. Work on tasks for new client and get a system in place - DONE!
2. Finish reading last chapters of two promoting books - DONE!
3. Work on blog and content - Almost Complete
4. Attend networking luncheon and conference call - DONE!
5. Work on February newsletter and content changes for website- Content together, newsletter complete by tomorrow, website will be ongoing
6. Work two hours a day (at least one) on marketing and promo - Complete so far this week
