I wanted to share an interesting article among many that I have read over the last week regarding virtual work teams. I thought it would be interesting to share some resources about what corporations are doing to effectively embrace the virtual work concept within their own organizations. I think there is some real useful information out there on this topic that a VA can utilize. It gives a different perspective on the "virtual" concept which may help a VA when working with potential clients that have had experience in virtual work teams within an organization or at the very least provide some interesting reading.
