I've also used Lynda.com for illustrator, seo, website design and so much more. I love to learn and also have been thinking about putting out some sort of teaching product or similar when it comes to podcasting. Will check it out. I researched Lynda.com a few weeks ago and it seems to have an exhaustive list of programs and things to learn - including audio and video training (which I thought was great).
