Since I'm new, I don't know whether this resource has been presented already. If it has, please pardon the duplication. If it hasn't, IMHO, this is a wonderful resource for small businesses. It's the University of Maine Cooperative Extension. Some of the information is particular to Maine; but, the majority of the information is generic to any small business.

I have found that the UoM site, along with the SBA's web sites provide everything that's needed for small business creation. These seem to be great first steps!

It stands for "in my humble opinion"....these little acronyms are good to know but if you don't can throw ya for a loop, huh!
