September 2009 An incredible resource, an interesting read, a huge undertaking and a setting of a very high bar for excellence! Kudos to all the contributors, the editors and all who had anything to do with this fantastic first edition. I have started a new binder. It is not only something that I definitely need to print out and save, but as I will certainly refer to it over and over again, I want to make sure it is placed in a 3-ring binder, waiting for its mates to come in future editions. Congratulations on a superb 1st Edition!!!!!

September 2009 This is an impressive 1st Edition. It's evident at the creative layout that a lot of preparation went into this. As a new VA at this community, I appreciate your identifying all the available resources that are often overlooked. I especially found the article helpful regarding the "Elevator Pitch" and how to incorporate the three "Ps"-People, Problem and Possibility. I immediately applied the concept and came up with an effective marketing pitch for prospective customers. Congrats! I look forward to the next edition.
