And as for Canadians - there doesn't appear to be any LLC for us to register our company to. Seems we have either sole proprietor or incorporation. And it also seems that it is best to register as proprietor over incorporation. But don't take my word for it.
I'm still reading them up...
It says that all tax advantages to the owner....but the disadvantages is unlimited liability and no name protection to the owner :0(
Oh - there it is! Corporation is same as limited liability...
Says the downside to it is that it is closely regulated...and that there is a possiblity of tax advantage but it is limited (must be qualified for small business tax)...
But the good side of it is that we have limited liability and the ownership is transferrable.
Hmm - is it still good to be incorporated with my company being so closely regulated? What do you think?
Okay - that's it for now...don't wanna spend all night doing this when I have a chance to focus on FINDING my business name and working on my website as it is nice and quiet here...
Hope you find these helpful!

PS - I will be posting a new thread asking for opinion on my name...
