I've posted on Danielle Keister's blog before (she was one of the respondents to Barbara's post). Danielle has started great conversations as well on her blog about whether a VA who works with a virtual staffing agency is more of a employer-employee situation and whether she is truly a 'real' VA in the sense of being a business owner and independent contractor while working for that staffing agency.
