I'd go with the
Become a Virtual Assistant package that is sponsored here on VAF. Even though I haven't used it myself because it came out long after I'd started out, and in no way am I biased one way or the other just because it's a VAF sponsored product, I think what they have in this packet is clearly everything one could need for starting out. AND...the price is ultra reasonable. For only $29.00...don't see how you could lose.
I also recommend many of Danielle Keister's products. She's at the Administrative Consultant's Association. Her business plan especially is good. With her stuff you can buy the whole package, or just spend a small amount to check out a couple of her products to get a feel.
What I personally found I did not like was the ultra expensive packages from VA Networking. I got a few things through having a monthly subscribership, and I wasn't all that impressed. Just my personal opinion. I know many who think it's great - and Tawnya Sutherland is an awesome person to follow and learn from as a mentor. Just some of the products that didn't work for me.
I think ultimately my advice is to find products where you can try samples or that have a warranty of some kind. When it boils right down to it, sometimes its also about what works best for you.
