I just found this great resource - Microsoft Startup Center. It gives you all the information you need to start a new business, including a business plan, finding office space, branding, logos, marketing, sales, finances, hiring employees, etc. There is a TON of great informatin here and downloads (and of course, you can buy things from Microsoft - go figure!). This is great for all the soon to be VA's out there just exploring what you need to do, or businesses that are already set up to find new and additional resources. I'm looking into their free download of their Accounting Express.

I looked at this too. I quit before I really started though and can't remember why. Maybe it wanted me to provide business related information I wasn't ready to supply at the moment? I can't remember. I'll have to look at it again.
