MO Accounting Express -

www.ideawins.com for the US) - for book-keeping. Can you believe it's free? Easy to use and I can send my books over to my Accountant electronically.
Paymo -
www.paymo.biz - Great tool for time tracking. I like the fact that you can upload your logo and those of your clients and customise reports. Plus it has a desktop widget, so you can log in without firing up your browser
Google Docs - Need I say more?
Virtual Assistant Forums - I'm not kidding. I have learned so much on here and been made aware of resources that I wasn't aware of, and I take pride in having my finger on the pulse (so to speak).
