Hey does anybody use any online fax service? I have heard of some, but not sure. I know it will be a resource that will be needed in my company.

Top five free online resources that I find to be both educational and amazing are:

Mashable - Excellent resource to following marketing trends and much much more as well as providing information on additional free resources.
Flock - Social media tool designed to integrate most of your platforms. Makes it a little easier to navigate different sites.
Web Pro News - Excellent news resource
Giveaway of the Day - Always giving away free tools/software. Everyday! Has been great when it came to creating my logo.
Youtube - If you don't know how to do something, someone has already done it!

I use Ring Central, it is not free but it is cheap. I have had it for almost a year now and have not had any problems. It is nice because once you have it, it shows up on all of your Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook...) and you can directly fax whatever from these programs.

The best thing about it is that the faxes come to your email in a PDF format so you can choose to print them or not.

Outright - pulls in Paypal to Freshbooks!
Madmimi or Mail Chimp - Free versions for your list
TimeStamp - for keeping up with time

Google - As a package for docs, calender, email, bookmarking etc

Logmein & VNC - For Remote Access

Open Office - For Documents , Presentations etc

Icall - To call US for free :P

Trasfer Big Files - For Uploading Files

Time Stamp - Time Tracking ( use it too )

For those of you that use Microsoft OfficeLive how do you use that along with the Google apps? I have a gmail account that I used to set up my OfficeLive account but when I registered my domain and got my own email address with my domain name I wanted to use that as the main email account.

I use Send2Fax Small Business, the package includes 350 in/out per month - I noticed that the price has only gone up $1.00 since I started about 5 or 6 years ago (my price remained the same). Hope this helps!
