Hi Winston,

I thoroughly enjoyed your interview! Thank you for sharing with us.

I like the office set-up! And it makes me think that your music interest might also be a niche as well for you someday (not sure if you promote your musical interests). With several new band programs going out on FB (BandPage), your background and admin might be a corner of the market not tackled by many just yet.

Your perseverance is commendable in a field dominated by women. I can personally vouch the your contributions here on VAF have been both fun and inspiring.

Thanks again, Winston.

Janine

Winston,
Great interview and what a job you are doing! Had to giggle about the bit about female-dominated industry. Itīs something I, and perhaps other women, can relate to.

I am genuinely impressed by your working hours! Wow.

Thank you for sharing this with us. Itīs great to hear your story.

Winston you are an inspiration to all the other men considering this industry. This was a really great interview to read. It is so refreshing to see a male in a female dominated industry doing well and proud of it.

Keep it up.

Thank you all for your kind words. I've been a business-minded person for as long as I can remember, and I feel that if life isn't challenging, I'm not learning anything. I feel fortunate to learn things from other people, and I'm glad that I may share something that could help someone else.

Thank you Mary! With the sponsorships and marketing that I have set up for this year, I'm hoping for a big expansion. Ideally, that will allow me out of the corporate world. As stressful as it is, however, having that income is really affording me the ability to invest more into my company. I have set a goal to be free-flying with my own company within a year's time, but of course that all depends on economical stability, etc. I'm beginning to dig into my research and get my ducks in a row.
