These are things I do very well. The collection took me awhile to get the hang of (this was in a manufacturing realm). the practice that got me the furthest, was #1 don't take it personally. #2 don't humilate #3 be yourself. I know it sounds simple, but when I figured that out collections weren't so hard to do. I even got a better collection rate. Vicky
