I had a couple of clients before I actually started my business. It is what motivated me to go ahead and do this regularly. I have not had any long term contracts or any clients that have been enough for me to do this on a FT basis, but people in my circle were the first to use my services. __________________ Charity R. My first client was actually a VA on this site. I worked as a subcontractor on an as needed basis. I originally connected with her through her small business ad on Craigslist and she encouraged me to join VAF. I had my first client before I started my VA business and am trying now to get more. I might take a part-time job outside of my home so I can get some funds for advertising. My first clients are giving my name out like crazy to everyone they network with so I am hoping that helps, and I am going to start attending local network meetings. __________________ just Kate, VA
