Great ideas! I too use binders! I love that they make paper that has 3 holes already punched in it so that when it's important I can print it out on that and then just stick it right in my binder. Before I did that I had a filing nightmare. All these papers in the front of the binder waiting to be filed.
One thing I recently learned is the importance of being organized and making master lists. I do
PR for clients and myself so I have tons of lists of places to submit
PR too. I had them all in different files (usually by client). This past week or so I started combining it and I was shocked at all I had. And I had probably looked for that same place 10 times just because I didn't have it organized right. Needlesstosay, that's my top priority now.
