Question Has anyone taken the Virtual Business Training courses?
Has anyone trained with Virtual Business Training?

This is what they say on their website:
"Virtual Business Training is unique in that it simulates a VA work environment by spending more time on task and less time in the ‘classroom’. VBT encourages business development through the concrete rather than abstract style of learning so students learn through actual experience. Our goal is to maximize learning through participation and minimize the start-up mistakes so that your business is viable from the start."

Diana Ennen is one of the instructors and it seems to be well affiliated with other leading industry groups - but has anyone here actually gone through their training program? (listed at $850 for 10 weeks)

Wow!
I think for that kind of money, I'd just as soon enroll in Raymond Walter College's Virtual Assistant Program!
I'm enrolled at Sinclair Community College working on an Associate Degree of Applied Science in the Entrepreneurship Program, but I'm going to change my class schedule to take only classes that will hone or teach me a skill I can use in my VA practice...

I haven't Tess, but I was seriously looking at the program at one time. It sounds very good but just doesn't fit into my budget at the moment. And I do like the idea of learning through actual experience!
