This master list is great! I'm going to go over it with a fine tooth comb so I can check off what I've already done, and start making a list of what I need to do.

Wow, what a great list. I hadn't thought about documenting my polices for bad debt, raising prices etc.

Something that I plan to work on that you might want to add to the list is a Disaster Plan. I have a friend who runs a small business from her home. She was flooded 2 years ago and it took her almost 6 months to get over it, mostly because she never thought any thing like that could happen to her.

You got my brain thinking, but the most helpful was interviewing other VA's and asking what are the difficult parts of their job. Really looking at it from different angles, it's easy to see the positive, but what are the difficulties in establishing this career choice.
