#1 (permalink)   09-02-2008 tracy_dos New Member   Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 27 Full Time versus Part Time Unfortunately I can't be a va full time until I can bring in enough money from it to quit my full time job. I am planning on doing my va work in the evenings until I can quit. Has anyone else done this? How difficult was it? Do you have any advice?

I'm in the process of finding out in work if there is a possibility of cutting back from a 5 day week to a 3 or 4 day week and dedicate the other 1 or 2 days to working full time from home on my VA business. I'd be interested to hear too from others who have crossed this bridge. Thanks again Tracey

It's very hard, but it can be done. My advice to you - if you can earn bonuses at work, do so and try to earn the maximum. That will be extra money towards your VA practice Also, do a couple of freebies for someone in exhange for referrals.
