Hello,

I don't think anyone has posted here about a fact sheet rather, it would more like a brochure for the virtual assistant's business.

There is a rather robust thread with some examples of VA brochures here which may be helpful. Let's See Your Brochure!

If that is not the answer you are looking for, please post back with more details and I'll see if I can help.

I do not have a brochure or a sheet that I give out because I do not market locally but I do make them for clients who have workshops and coaching seminars. I primarily use Publisher to create these with verbiage explaining what the business owner can do for the target audience.

I don't have a brochure, but I do have what I call an information and rate sheet, a one-page document I can e-mail or fax to potential clients. It shows what I do (which is only transcription), what forms of audio I accept, the industries I have served, the types of recordings I have transcribed (i.e. focus groups, interviews, speeches, board meetings), my rates with some detail, and other information such as the programs I use, my minimum for first-time clients, how work will be returned, etc. I also mention on here that I have an independent contractor agreement.

Hope this helps!

Hi Cheenee, I haven't heard anyone use the term 'fact sheet' and would love to know what you've decided to include. Are you creating a single sheet with facts about your company and how VAs work with their clients, etc. - or is it something else?

Hi Tess, in my Fact sheet I just made a company introduction in bullet type, our services and how it works. I also added our Contact details. for me It's more like a brochure but much simpler.
