Many of you know that I service real estate agents and loan officers exclusively. I am recently being presented with opportunities to present to corporatations

. So my question is, if I grow to the point that I have a huge team to service these companies, each company having approximately 100 clients each, do I then lose what I started.
I know how to set up the structure, I have partners already picked out because it would be a huge undertaking

. However at that point, do I keep it all virtual or do I open multiple offices in various locations with regular employees.
My fear is that if I go the employee route then I would be little more than a virtual company that changed into your run of the mill marketing company

. That is not my vision for my company. Going huge is, but not to the point that I lose the whole virtual assitant business/ consulting business because then I feel I'm going backwards instead of forward.
I would really love the input of seasoned multi VA companies.
