consultation form /questionnaire for lifestyle management - Virtual Assistant Forums

Hi All

Not sure if this is the right place for this post

I'm looking for a consultation form that relates to lifestyle management could also known as errand running and concerige services does anyone have a similar form they are willing to share or least advise on some of the questions that i can ask a client.

I already have consultation form for my VA services, but I would also like one for my lifestyle management service.

Can you share some of the services you offer as a Lifestyle Managment Consultant? If we had an idea of what it is you do in that regard we might be able to pitch in with some possible quetions.

Also, maybe just translating those questions you already ask on your similar VA forum to whatever makes sense for this other service would help give you a solid start.

Hi Tess

An example of services I will be offering
grocery shopping
checking on their home whilst on holiday,
decluttering
organising their personal admin
booking holidays, restaurant reservation, theatre bookings
Gift buying
organising domestic staff ie nanny, cleaner plumber
Reminder service of important dates
event management, ie organisinga 60th birthday or 16th birthday.

Since my last post I've come up with the following

How much time do you spend organising gifts, planning weekend breaks?

Do you feel guilty about not spending time with your family, partner etc?
How much are you in control of your work life/balance?
Do you spend a lot of time putting things off you need to get done
Would you be less stressed and happy to delegate these things to someone you know and trust to get these things done?

How much is your time really worth?

I would like to ask some more questions.

I think this is a great idea which should definitely take off.

How about offering a cat feeding service for people who don't like putting their cats in catteries (believe me, you'd be surprised

).

Also, there seems to be a gap in the market for a spare key holding service, but that may be logistically impossible (ie. if someone can't find their key at 3am and calls you up!!).

There are some specialist companies out there that offer services for pets. however Its not a service I would offer as I'm nervous around some animals. when I knock someone door I don't know I make sure that I'm back on a pavement incase an excited dog comes bounding out .

but I suppose I could outsource the service, again I can also outsource the keyholding to a specialist.
