I love this book. It's a very well done manual. It's the first book I ever read on virtual assistance and still one of the best. The authors are great VA's and very accessible. I've had occasion to chat briefly with both of them at online seminars, etc. They are a wealth of informaiton.

I have not yet read the book, but am dying to. With 3 kids and it being right before Christmas I didn't want to spend the money, so I searched the library catalog on the off chance it was there, and it is. I will be picking the book up from my library next week! Not only does it save me money that way, but it lets me decide if it is a book I feel I need to own, or if I just need to read it and take notes.

After reading this review, I can't wait to receive my order of this book. I may have to go back and order the workbook as well. Thank you for the information.

I am currently enrolled in the Virtual Assistant Programme at Red Deer College. I started the winter 2009 semester and will graduate in June 2010. In our course "Starting a Virtual Business" this was one of our text books. It has great information in it that I refer back to often. I think it is a must for anyone in the Virtual Assistant Profession.
