Default Is anyone else "attending"
I was just wondering if anyone else is attending the teleseminar/ webinar called "the state of the virtual assistance industry" tonight?
If so, I'd love to discuss afterward. It sounds like it should be interesting.

It was something you had to preregister for, but it was a great call. I'm not sure if the next one is mentioned on Twitter or LinkedIn, but when I get the email with the audio tomorrow I will be sure and put the link up here. For me it was a great call because it affirmed that everything I am planning on doing to market my business is exactly what I need to be doing. I just wrote a press release, it's on the press release forum here needing a critique or two (hint, hint! lol), I plan on contacting the local television and radio stations, I will be calling realtor associations in my area and real estate businesses and asking for speaking time, and I already have my website up.
She did take some time to speak about underqualified people flooding the market, but that with the right skills and perseverence, good VAs will stay in the business. She also let everyone know up front that in order to succeed you have to be able to sell your services. You have to be a salesperson as well.
I took notes if anyone is interested, but I will post the link that I found for the next one that is either the 20th or 21st.
