This is a great blog entry. I myself am actually looking into some resources even as we speak. Even though I'm at the planning stage of my VA business and am currently "in between jobs" (the politically correct term for unemployed) I'm still setting myself up for success in the future, so that I can be prepared for when various situation arises. I've checked out library books and DVDS relating to home business, leadership, diversity, financial reporting, etc. so that I can be on top of things. I'm also using this time to learn some new logo software that I've gotten and Photoshop that I've had for months!
