My attorney told me tha as an LLC I could not use President. Owner or Manager is appropriate. I have found that Owner works well.

Hi. I think that's a question we all struggle with. I was going to list Virtual Assistant. But thinking of all that we do (HR, payroll, accounts payable/receivable plus admin support) and that I've been doing office management, I just ordered cards with the title Business Manager. Office management for small businesses.

I recently saw someone using Principal, that sound's quite good.

I've been using "Principal" for awhile now and just like the sound of it. :-)

I just ordered my first batch of business cards and I thought about this too. I put "virtual assistant." It seemed a little pretentious, and much less informative, to put owner or president of a business that doesn't really exist yet.

Personally, I use Chief Administrator. I liked the sound of it. And it kind of gave me a wider range when I am explaining myself. Because I can explain that certain jobs I contract out, which is administering it to someone else.

I do not have a title on mine. Just my name and my business name and contact information.

I am a sole prop. and I feel just weird saying CEO or President

I have seen some that have VEO on them and I like that - Virtual Executive Officer - that explains it more, but then I would have more to explain, and I already spend a lot of time telling propective clients (and anyone who will listen) what a VA is.

Shouldn't that be principle? A principal is the chief at the schools, from what I remember. I know in insurance a principle is the person in charge.
Or, am I really crazy?!?

I own a corporation with employees so I've used "President."
But lately I like "Contracted Controller"
