Thumbs up moo.com-business cards
Moo.com now does business cards. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side, but I just had to try them. And I'm glad that I did (they do come all the way from England, after all!)

You can get 50 cards for $21.99 and you can choose the option of 50 different images (of your own or theirs) on one side and your business info on the other side. Or you can input up to 50 different sayings or quotes on your cards and pick different colors.

What I did was chose 12 different short quotes that seem to be like the business image I wanted to portray and put one on each card and chose only red or black as the background color since those are my business colors. Then on the other side, I put my business info & I was able to include my logo.

The cards are very nicely and professionally done in heavy card stock and with a matte finish. The paper they use is from sustainable forests and are elemental chlorine free. They also have recycled biodegradable and totally chlorine free option. Those win big points in my book.

If you're looking for something a bit different of very high quality, I recommend you try these. I plan on handing out these cards when I really want to get noticed and to use my other regular print shop cards for sending out in mailings and such.

Kimberly, thanks for this, I'm going to order some of these for us as well!
I've been researching higher end cards for a while but couldn't decide who to go with - your positive review made the choice easy.

I've received some of the tiny Moo cards from people. I see a problem in that I have no standard way of storing these cards. They won't Rolodex, they are too small.

As a novelty they are cute, but unless the company comes up with a storage device for those you receive they will just get lost.

Robin,

You can get these clear plastic business card protectors for your rolodex to put them in.

They make standard size cards now, not just the small ones. That's why I finally ordered them. I didn't want the tiny ones for the reason you mention, Robin. But they've just recently come out with the standard size.

For some reason [probably just because I'm in a rush] the image wouldn't load on that link. But the description was for a sleeve for traditional business cards. The Moo Cards I'm talking about are 1/2 the size of a traditional card, if not 1/4.

They are cute, but they put the burden on the receiver to purchase a specialty item to keep them. Maybe when they become a little more mainstream it won't be so bad. But then the novelty will be gone.

I do have to say they are good quality stock and you can use your own graphics.

Thank you so much for sharing this site. I was looking for business cards several days ago and looked to vista print. I was so glad that I didn't order from them. I was handed a business card today that was on vista print. Needless to say I will probably be going with moo.com now.

Thanks so much again.

Just wanted to speak for moo cards on here. Their customer service is amazing!! I created some mini-cards for my fiancee's photography business and I realized I put the wrong phone number on it well after we got the cards. And this was weeks after I got the cards. I frantically sent an email to customer services about my mistakes and they actually said they would do the adjustment and reprint them for FREE!!!! I was so happy. I would recommend them for anyone who has the funds for it. Also, the minicard holder that is keychain holder. SO convenient because you have it right by your car key!

Wow they sound really awesome, think I'll go have a look too. I was just going to make them myself but it's much more professional this way I think.

Just to say I can also vouch for moocards. They are really professionally done and of a high standard. They do small print runs as well if you just want to give it a try. I was still working on my logo but needed some cards for a networking event and I was pleasantly surprised. Also, if you have a quick google I'm sure you'll find a voucher code somewhere - they often post 5% off codes.
