I'm working on designing my own letterhead. (Business cards...letterheads, didn't know where to post this lol) Anyway, I want a simple, elegant layout. On the top right corner I have my "logo" and at the bottom I have 3 stripes that vary in weight. So it has a thin line, medium line and thick line. Underneath that I have want the have my contact info (P.O Box, Office #, Fax #, email address, and website) I’m trying to come up with the layout for listing it at the bottom.

Here is the basic layout:

P.O. Box 12345, Hartford, CT 06120
Office: 860-000-0000 Fax: 860-000-0000
Email: info@mywebsite.com
www.mywebsite.com

I think it look kind of boring to just center it. Maybe I could add some type of symbol between the P.O. Box and City, and another between the office and fax #. What do yall think??? How is does your layout look?? Does anyone want to post their letterhead so I can some ideas?

I also would like to add my tagline to my letterhead. Where is a good location? I know this is a simple task for my startup phrase but I just want it be perfect.

P.S. Now I’m think about ditching the stripes at the bottom and add it to the top…maybe I should get some sleep and start fresh tomorrow. I’m think too hard!

Why don't your try to have the information start at the left margin.
Since each line is a different length, using the left margin will allow the information plenty of room on the card. This type of layout would also balance the logo which is in the top right corner, the information would then be in the bottom left corner.
