Default stil at a loss
ok so I am still at a loss. I had so many mixed reactions to my last name that I decided to crap it.

Now I am at a loss. My target market is pretty unfamiliar to the concept of a virtual assistant so I want to bring them in slowly. I want a name that is catchy, new, young, yet sounds solid and relaible.

Here are my thoughts

the admin diva
handy modern office solutions

virtual compliance (not sure where that came from)

maryland virtual techniques

Im grasping here...any insights! Anything make you feel all warm and fuzzy?

I like "the admin diva," but what is your target market?

I would double check the business names with 'diva' just to be on the safe side - I know there are lots of VAs in particular using the term in their business name. It is a great term and if you can work it in it's a fun marketing tool as well.

I think *either* handy *or* modern office solutions could work - but it's not particularly catchy.

Have you considered just naming the business after yourself? [sorry if this was already discussed I did not see the thread where you brought up previous ideas...]

I'm also wondering what your target market is.

my target market will be small business in a very rural part of maryland. It is a very interesting area. You either are very technically challenged or knowledgeable. I hope to target the small mom and pops with assistance with anything administrative or web based. I also have services to assist the more young and technical clients in the realm of personal assistant type tasks.

I live in an area very close to the federal government and also with 4 military bases very close. Not to mention DC just a stone throw away. I would like to focus more on the suburban clients at this point.

Oh and Handy is playing off my name it is my last name.

Handy Office Solutions: is ok not too catchy but a logo just doesn'
t reach out at me

I don't know why, but the first thing I pictured for Handy Office Solutions was a pair of hands (like the Allstate insurance logo) with a computer in them. Not very orginal, but it was a first thought. Or hands in white gloves, like Queen Elizabeth using a laptop....uh..yeah.

So I settled on "The Admin Diva"

It was simple and direct and allowed me to use all of the graphics that I wanted. The website is up in its beginning stages. Now my real fun begins.

Producing content and my real passion producing the graphics!
Feel free to watch it grow and get bigger each day.
