Hello i am compeletly new to the whole virtual asst world i have been in the admin field for over 6 year and decided that since i enjoy it so much why not work for myself, I'v been looking at the forum and there are so many helpful information its crazy but i am having trouble thinking of a name and tagline i will be offering bookkeeping, administration and real estate assistance any suggestion? And also in regards to website is that something i can do on my own?

My biz name came naturally because I have been called "The Office Goddess" for nearly a decade. A biz name should reflect your personality and feel 'right' to you; don't rush it. THIS thread may help you get started. The tagline will come after your business name is determined.

You may consider parlaying your name into a tagline - something like "Esmerelda Virtual Assistance - bringing you a jewel of excellence". Keep in mind I am TERRIBLE at both biz names and taglines so please, DON'T go with this suggestion; it's just to get your mind thinking.

As far as doing a website, many of us set up our own from the get-go. THIS sub-forum on VAF will help you get started there, as well.

Esemeralda, if you're still brainstorming this: what ideas are you starting with - even rough ideas - for your business name and tag line? Maybe if you post back with some of the concepts you're working with we can help flesh them out a bit....

Thank you Tess well all the one i have thought about are taken i saw the word Prolific and it caught my attention but haven't been able to really brainstorm anything else i am not very creative when it comes to these things i wonder if that would be a problem for me in the furture
